Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Saketini

Makes a single portion

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.

A sophisticated cocktail with Japanese flair
